Loud neighbor kids. Ignoring FL State law prohibiting operation of ATVs on public paved roads, not wearing helmet and pads for children under 16. Now a hazard to drivers as then rush through stop signs and cutting off traffic.

Raptor 700R 400 skims feet with ease! Water is about 15-20′ deep. It’s able to do this because it has paddle tires on the rear, additionally it’s running low pressure in the stock fronts. No paddle tires in the back and high pressure in the front = bad things.
