I have an off-brand ATV. the motor manufacturer is QINQGI. It is 250cc, the name of the ATV is Terminator along with a number ATV-24-250. I have been unable to locate any parts for the ATV. QINQGI is a Chinese manufacturer, when on the web page the only ATVs I can seem to find are childrens’. I am currently searching but any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are learning the hard way why not to buy an off brand ATV.
Rocky Mountain ATV has ALOT of parts for ATVs.
