ok well iw ant a xbox 360 pro but i see good reviews on it and bad ones some people say they have had to send it in 5 times in just 6months do you think they are just over reacting or really saying do u think i should get one you tell me.

I have known many people with a wide array of different experiences with their 360 consoles. I have had friends who have sent theirs in 3-4 times over 2 years, as well as some who have had a launch console that never has gone bad. I myself have had a 360 for just over a year now and have never had a problem with the Red Rings of Death issue that is so prevalent.
I you are thinking of getting a 360 I highly recommend it.
Also, as for your game trade-ins, you wont get alot for some of the older games, but you won’t find out till you can actually take it all in for trade.

ive had one 4 over a year now and it has been workng fine, never had any problems except when my power went out and it wouldnt turn on, but it turned out that it was unplugged. so get it now dude!

I’d say get one. I got an Elite and nothing wrong with it. some of them are just bad but you can send it in and get a new one
lol, all that will probably get you about 35 bucks… no joke, but if you dont believe me then go to a gamestop and ask them to break you the bad news…. oh, and the 360 is WORTH every penny, if it breaks you get a new one, but the online is the greatest… also PS3 SUCKS, but the Nintendo wii is awesome too… idk, follow your heart
I got my 360 pro at launch and i’ve had no problems, Its any awesome system, highly recommend it with some call of duty 4. as far as those trade in’s go, maybe $60, i dont think theyll take the demo disc
The major concerns with the XBox 360 is the Red Ring of Death. It is a slight hassle, but only if you over-use your Xbox. The more you keep it on, the more likely you’ll cause the Hardware Failure. Though 6 hours of gameplay a day won’t cause a problem, letting the console hum away 24/7 will.
I’d say the XBox 360 is a worthy buy and well worth the few problems you may encounter.

I had to take my 360 for repairs twice and got fed up… So I sold it when my third one came and now am waiting for ps3 to lower to 300 or maybe get it at 400….. Trust me 360 is not dependable……. Plus if you want fun get wii if you like 360 and want a reliable system choose ps3…..
